A wonderful truly inspirational woman, couldn’t have asked for a better mum, always there for family and friends with words of wisdom m, encouragement and the normal telling off when we strayed. You will always be in my heart and I will strive to replicate some of those wonderful recipes (they won’t be as good but I will try) Xxxx
